By accessing or using The Resellers Treasure ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a private research, monitoring, and alert platform for resellers. It surfaces publicly available product information from permitted sources.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Paid features require an active subscription. Tier restrictions are enforced server-side.

3. No guarantee of profit

The Service does not guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, resale value, or profit. All buying and reselling decisions are your own.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to defraud retailers, bypass access controls or security systems, violate retailer terms, resell prohibited items, or automate abuse.

5. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

All Service content, code, and design are owned by The Resellers Treasure. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
