This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. This page is maintained by The Resellers Treasure.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, display name, hashed password (via our auth provider).
- Subscription data: plan, status, Stripe customer/subscription IDs.
- Product preferences: your watchlists, alert preferences, categories, retailers.
- Discord connection (optional): Discord user ID and username. Tokens are stored encrypted server-side.
How we use it
- To provide the Service (alerts, monitoring, dashboards).
- To process subscriptions through Stripe.
- To deliver notifications you opt into (in-app, email, Discord DMs).
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
Subprocessors
We rely on Stripe for billing, our managed backend provider for database and auth, and Discord for optional DM delivery.
Your controls
You can update, export, or delete your account data from account settings. You may disconnect Discord at any time.
